Bryan Mustang | Director

Bryan grew up in the home of a Wits Lecturer in Building Science and Civil Engineering. His father was also a Property Speculator. He holds 2 Property Qualifications. One from the Property Institute and one from the Estate Agent Affairs Board of South Africa
(Now known as the PPRA).

Bryan also has a Comcorp Homeloan Software qualification. Bryan has 32 years business experience and in the mid 2000’s owned a Property Company with 15 Branches and 87 Staff.

Chanene Malherbe | HR & Finance

Chanene grew up in the house of a Master Builder and well known Property Speculator in the Western Cape. She entered the Property sector in 1991. She worked at both Seeff and Carrit Estates in the Western Cape and qualified as Principal Estate Agent in 1991.

At Bryan Mustang Properties Both our Director and Operational Manager are qualified Principle Property Practioners. Our new Company FFC Application for 2023 – 2026 has already been submitted and paid to the PPRA. (Awaiting Certificate) Our Operational manager has qualifications with both the EAAB (now PPRA after name change) and the Institute.
